Do you offer weekly or recurring cleaning?
No. We focus on big, one-time resets: the projects that are hard to find time for and make the biggest difference in how your home feels.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Bryan–College Station and serve the whole Brazos Valley. We also take projects in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Waco, Dallas–Fort Worth, and beyond. Travel costs are discussed up front and included in your quote.
How is pricing determined?
Every home is different, so every project is custom-quoted after your free walkthrough. You'll have a clear scope, timeline, and price before any work begins. See starting prices on our Services page.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit reserves your date. The remaining balance, including any storage or supplies purchased for your project, is due when the work is complete. We accept card, check, and bank transfer (ACH), and we send an itemized invoice for every project.
Can I combine inside and outside services?
Yes. The full reset brings everything together into one project: one walkthrough, one plan, one team, front curb to back fence.
What happens to the items we declutter?
We help you sort everything into three groups: what goes to the curb for bulk trash pickup, what can be donated, and what needs to be hauled away. We drop off donations that fit in a standard vehicle at no charge. Larger haul-aways are available for an additional fee, included in your quote.
Do you offer junk removal on its own?
No. Haul-away is available only as part of a project we're completing. We also don't provide biohazard cleanup.
Do I need to be home while you work?
No. Many clients leave us a key or door code and come home to a finished reset. For decluttering, we settle keep-and-donate decisions with you beforehand and check in by phone or text if anything comes up.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring all cleaning supplies and equipment, including our pressure washer and lawn tools. For organizing, you can buy your own storage, we can shop for it with you, or we can work with what you already have.
Are you insured? Who will be in my home?
Yes, we're fully insured, and every member of our team is background-checked. Dylan personally leads your first walkthrough and your final walkthrough.
